Side discharge tractors are designed for use in areas where a fine formal finish is not necessary, paddocks, orchards or just longer grass areas. The side chute ejects the grass cuttings in a line along side the garden tractor. They can then be left to wilt back naturally. A mulch kit can be purchased as an optional extra. When fitted the mulching kit will cut and re-cut the clippings into a very fine mulch which is deposited directly onto the ground. This mulch is very good for adding nutrients and moisture back into the soil.Specifications
