Handy THSS80 Salt Spreader

Designed for spreading salt, grit and other ice melting products the Handy THSS80 is a good sized, solid built push spreader. The large 36.5kg hopper is made from hard wearing polypropylene which won’t rust in moist conditions. Salt spreaders are built to withstand harsher weather and conditions than normal garden spreaders so feature steel frames and heavy duty gears. The THSS80 has nylon gears and a stainless steel frame. At a good walking speed the spreading width can be between 10 – 12 feet and you could cover approx 100ft in 23 seconds. The vinyl hopper cover is easily fitted and perfect if your gritting your drive or road when it’s already snowing. The pneumatic 12″ wheels will help you bounce along the roughest roads and help with transporting the spreader up and down steps.
