AL-KO Comfort 46.0 SP-B Self-Propelled Petrol Mower

The AL-KO Comfort 46.0 SPB is a top end model with an 18 inch / 46cm cut, single speed power drive and Briggs & Stratton engine. The Comfort 46.0 SP-B replaces the Highline 46.7 SP. The taller MaxAirFlow steel decks on the Comfort models improve collection and help to prevent the discharge channel from becoming blocked.The Comfort 46.0 SP-B self-propelled mower has a 4-in-1 function which gives the user the choice between collection, rear discharge, side discharge and mulching. The grass cuttings are collected into the 60l box which has a fill-level indicator to let you know when it requires emptying. Adjusting the cutting heights couldn’t be simpler with a central spring assisted lever. Set the lever through 7 positions from 30 – 80mm. Start at the highest setting and work down for the best cut and finish on the lawn. Instead of collecting the grass you can choose between discharging it to the rear of the mower, discharging it to the side in a neat line or mulching it into very tiny pieces. Mulching is an excellent way to feed your lawn as the tiny grass pieces are rich in nutrients and as they wilt will release these back into the soil. Mulching is recommended in drier conditions and when the grass is shorter. The pieces are so tiny they virtually disappear into lawn whilst you’re mowing.Features

• 60 litre Easy Click rigid grass collector has been designed for optimum airflow which improves the filling performance. The collector can be re-attached easier with a guide rail. Level indicator to alert the user when the grass collector is full.
